Holds a Commercial Pilot certificate with a MEL rating
Holds a valid medical Certificate
Has current proficiency in a complex aircraft and current instrument proficiency
Has all FAR prerequisites for the ATP rating properly documented
Has successfully passed the FAA written examination for the ATP multiengine certificate (note: examination preparation services are available)
Multi Engine Instructor
Prerequisites:

Flight Training:
Chesapeake Aviation's flight training manual and syllabus contains our training requirements both ground and flight times. Actual flight times veary with each pilot, but our flight training is designed to ensure each pilot becomes proficient in:
Multiengine maneuvers (visual and instrument references)
Single engine maneuvers (visual and instrument references)
Holding procedures
Precision and non-precision instrument approaches (2 engine and 1 engine) and landings
* The syllabus provides for increasing or decreasing the total time based on student proficiency and does not include flight time for the practical examination
